Murano glass Sommerso vases by Flavio Poli (1960s/70s)

Beautiful Murano glass vases by Flavio Poli, made using the famous Sommerso technique. Sommerso literally means "submerged" and refers to the enclosed yellow glass layer that runs like an arch through the bottom of the vases.

Small vase

The large and small vases are in pristine condition, with no cracks, repairs, or even the smallest so-called flea bites. The medium vase is also in very good condition and only has a minuscule chip on the outer rim.
