Fase Madrid PRESIDENT Table Lamp (1964)

This fabulous classic really needs no introduction. The President lamp (this is the second edition) was designed around 1964 by Luis Pérez de la Oliva for Fase, Madrid. This President is praised for its Space Age design with the striking UFO-shaped shade, heavy metal base (360 degrees rotatable!) and beautiful oak stand. Both lamps still have their original glass diffuser (often missing). The lamps have been completely overhauled and restored to the best possible condition. Among other things, the ball bearings that allow rotation on the base are 100% functional again, as are the switches in the shade. Wiring checked and/or renewed. 2 E14 sockets, EU plug.
