Table Lamp BIRILLO Carlo Nason, Mazzega (70s)

Iconic vintage table lamp attributed to and designed by Carlo Nason for Mazzega, Italy during the 1970s. The Birillo is one of his most celebrated designs, released in various versions and sizes. Composed of 2 parts of white hand-blown Murano glass, with metal/chrome parts. A magnificent example from one of the most celebrated 'glass houses' from Murano, Venice.

Glass parts are still completely intact and original, without chips/cracks and/or repairs. Lighting in both the base and the spherical shade can be switched on/off independently. Equipped with 2 x E14 sockets in the base plus 1 x E27 socket at the top. LED compatible.
